Delivery Charges

Mainland UK free delivery.

International Charges
£7.50 – on order values up to £50
Free – on order values over £100

With our current offer of free post and packing delivery in the UK this will be made via Royal Mail 1st class with proof of posting.

We will notify you by e-mail upon the dispatch of your order.
If you do not receive your order after 7 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We cannot guarantee delivery of orders received after this date.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service. Orders should be placed at least 7 days before these dates for delivery by Christmas.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any item you must inform us as soon as possible, and return the item within 7 days from receipt of the order.

All items must be returned unused in their original packaging.
You are responsible for all costs relating to the return of any item.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any tampered, opened or used goods.

Due to administration processing allow 30 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note delivery charges are not refunded.

We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel, and when (if applicable) you will be refunded.
