FAQ’s for Men’s Range.
How do I apply guyliner?
We have developed the formulation within the guyliner pencil specifically for ease of application.
Ok, how to apply. Start by lightly working around the base of the lower lid making sure the guyliner reaches every part of the eye rim, as it is the length of this application which makes the eye look bigger. Top lid is slightly trickier and needs a steady hand. Close the eye you are going to apply guyliner to and working as close to the eyelash hair follicle as possible apply sparingly along this line, it helps during this process to stretch the eye slightly.
Can I make it look more subtle?
Yes, simply don’t press too firmly and make sure the pencil does not have a blunt end.
I want to look more like a rock star and moody, how do I achieve this look?
Great, apply as above pressing harder, finish off by using a cotton wool bud working from the inner eye and gently running the bud along the line and under eyelid and skin simultaneously working progressively harder, to maximise the ‘smudge’ at the corner of the eye, result a more moody sultry look. Needs practice.
I have really pale lashes and eyebrows would ‘manscara’ help?
Absolutely, there is no colour in this product, it is a hair gel for the eyes, it will define pale lashes, simply making them look thicker and its great for controlling stray eyebrows.
How do I use ‘manscara?
Simple, for your eyelashes and looking into the mirror, tilt your head down and comb the applicator brush on to the top of the lashes. Then, tilting your head back but still looking into the mirror, comb the applicator from back of the lashes to the front, aiming to ‘lift’ the lashes. You may want to apply a couple of times; it is what ever works for you.
Eyebrows, work from the middle and lightly comb upwards and outward or along the line your eyebrows grow. On first application, apply lightly, however you make like a stronger definition and a second coat may be applied.
How do I remove these products?
Easy, manscara can be removed with water and guyliner is best removed with a mild make up remover or face cleanser.
